At Hooker Creek Companies, our commitment to an environmentally responsible business approach and sustainable building practices is a number one priority.  Central Oregon is known for it's natural beauty and we are dedicated to sustaining that beauty for generations to come.  As a team of people who live and work in Central Oregon, we are committed to a healthy balance between environmentally responsibility and the construction that is necessary to support the growth in Central Oregon.

Hooker Creek is proud to be a founding member of the Building Green Council of Central Oregon.  This organization was formed to accelerate the transition to sustainable building practices.  The Building Green Council of Central Oregon is now a part of the Central Oregon Builders Association and continues to impact the building industry, not just in Central Oregon, but across the state as well. 

Since Hooker Creek was founded in 1994, we have won the award for the best land reclamation project for the entire state of Oregon.....twice.  Most recently we were recognized in 2004 for the Tom McCall Ranch reclamation project in the O'Neil Valley.  Reclamation is most simply defined as returning mined land back to it's original use (or better).   

In recent years, Hooker Creek has continued to bring new green products to Central Oregon.  We are proud to be the first paving contractor in Central Oregon to offer porous asphalt to our customers.  Hooker Creek just completed the first porous asphalt commercial project in Central Oregon.
