Hooker Creek is the only concrete producer in Central Oregon certified to produce Pervious Concrete.  This special concrete is designed has many environmental benefits including allowing moisture to drain through the concrete instead of accumulating on the suface.  This is especially beneficial during the cold, icy winters in Central Oregon.
